* The Premium Waiver Statement*
The Department of Agriculture shall use its best efforts to secure sufficient appropriations to fund premiums. In any year for which the General Assembly of the State of Illinois falls to make an appropriation sufficient to pay such premiums, premium amounts may not be accurately reflected in the premium book or on this web site.
Booth Rental
Every year the MCFA board opens up the Expo building up stairs along with other prime locations around the fair grounds and allows individuals, clubs, non-profit organizations and farms to setup booths containing information on their sales/services/mission along with food services.
Cost for these booths does very by location. For more information, or to reserve your booth today please email the fair office.

Fair book Advertisements
The Madison County Fair Association would like to invite you to place an ad in the fair book. The cost of the ads are:
1/8 page $45.00
1/4 page 55.00
1/2 page 125.00
Full page 150.00
Deadline for fair book Advertisements is March 1, 2010.
Class Prize Sponsorships
Prize sponsorships are available at the cost of $25.00.The awards are given to the Grand Champion animal in the Junior and Open Division Livestock Shows.
Please email the fair what class you would like to sponsor early so that it can be reserved for you.
Deadline for class prize sponsorship is July 30, 2010.
