Event & Expo Hall Calendar

The Expo Hall is available for rentals year round. Weddings, Fundraisers, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Anniversary Parties. Celebrate your next event at the Madison County Fairgrounds!

We also rent the other buildings on the grounds and fairgrounds for different events, such as 4-H meetings, wrestling club practices, events, livestock shows, fundraising events, family reunions, and picnics.

The Madison County Fair Board holds their Executive Board meetings on the third Wednesday each month, starting at 7:00 pm and at 8:00 pm on Superintendent Night meetings. Superintendent meetings are held in January, June, and August on the third Wednesday of the respective month starting at 7:00 pm.
